Hi there, you ordered shoes from me and I was just told that they were shipped to the wrong customer. I'm so sorry this is my mistake. I'm working it out right now so they can get to you within this week. Is this OK? I apologize for the error, I value you as a customer. This is why the shipping label was coming up as "pending scan".
