@jbonnette Hi Joanne! Thank you for your purchase! I'll have your package all ready to go to the post office tomorrow and it should arrive by Wednesday. I see that the name on the mailing label is different. Is this for you or is it being shipped to a family member?

@jbonnette Hi. According to the tracking, it was supposed to be delivered yesterday but there was an alert that the package was undeliverable. I just spoke with the Delivery Supervisor at your post office and he said that if you don't get it by the end of today to call him back. His name is John and the number is 952-361-3464 He checked that the address was valid, so he's not sure why it didn't get delivered.
