herodreamer hello! thank you so much for your rating and feedback on your recent purchase. could you please let me know what about the item or transaction wasn't good for you? the necklace was indeed described as is and was cleaned prior to shipping. did it get damaged during shipping? I also let you know that shipping would be delayed due to the federal holiday on Monday, but I had mailed out literally as soon as you bought it.

herodreamer @joanneelser I am not sure how I could be misinterpreting this. you specifically noted that the item description, cleanliness, packaging, seller responsiveness, and ship time could all be improved and did not give it the highest rating. unless this is an error on your part, in which case I'm hoping you could edit your review, I'd like to know what the specific problems were so that I can address them. thank you!
