sunflower454 Hi Julia. I have a question about the hunter canvas boots in my bundle. Were you aware that the bottom of both soles had a huge split across each of them? I am wondering if it happened in shipping.

hello_bergamot @sunflower454 Hello, my apologies :( I’m so bummed to hear this. This must have happened during shipping. I have photos of the soles and they are perfectly fine. I’m not sure how you want to handle this? I’ve only been on Poshmark since late October so I’m very unfamiliar on how to handle matters like this.

sunflower454 @bergamotvintage I have not been on very long at all either. I only know that I have accepted the order and in the eyes of poshmark I have no recourse. Also, if I had caught the problem earlier I would have had to send back the entire bundle for a full refund. The reason I was asking mostly is because I just got another pair of camper leather boots in the mail and while I was wearing them for the first time the rubber soles dsintigrated into nothing.

hello_bergamot @sunflower454 I’m sorry to hear that :( it may be worth contacting Camper to let them know. Maybe they have a warranty they offer. I have always liked the esthetic of their shoes and always figured the quality was high but it sounds otherwise. If you in the future buy anything from my closet let me know.
