missychiao @loulamb72 If you bought this bag from someone else before, it was probably already defective like that so you weren’t even aware of the missing part. I had the same style Edie bag in a different color before that’s why I know there are those short straps with hooks sewn on on the interior of the bag. I’m not here to scam anybody, I just want the bag to work the way it’s supposed to. Don’t worry, you will get the same exact bag you sent me back.
