jtravers8 hey! I shipped the Gymboree kids sweater that you purchased from me on Saturday but tracking has not started yet. I contacted Poshmark this morning so just waiting to hear from them on what's going on. I'll let you know if I hear anything

jtravers8 @joaquin767 so their response was basically that things sometimes get misplaced at the post office? honestly that makes no sense since typically when my mail carrier takes it, they scan it immediately. poshmark told me if tracking does not begin by the 13th that I am suppose to contact them again 😞

jtravers8 @joaquin767 I am so so sorry this has happened! I've been selling for awhile and have never had a package lost. im just crossing my fingers it just shows up even though tracking has not begin. I have had that happen as a buyer once 🤞

jtravers8 @joaquin767 i just left the post office and was told that the item was scanned by my mail carrier on Saturday afternoon at about 3:30. Has it by chance arrived?

jtravers8 @joaquin767 SO frustrating! The lady at the post office showed me it had been picked up and scanned by my mail carrier but not the next person who took it. She said its still on its way we just don't have the tracking yet. Whatever that means 🤦 Like I mentioned earlier, Poshmark won't get involved until the 13th. I would imagine that if its still "lost" that Poshmark will refund both of us, but Ive never had this happen so I honestly have no clue.

jtravers8 @joaquin767 mine too and poshmark gave me some generic answer about things are sometimes delayed in scanning blah blah blah. So i went to the post office and the lady showed me in their system the mail carrier scanned it, but the 2nd person who takes it did not but its in transit with whoever/whatever that is

jtravers8 @joaquin767 Poshmark has responded and they are refunding us both deeming the package "lost." Sorry this has happened but thankfully there is compensation for the issue!
