Hahahaha, okay, Poshmark apparently writes a little intro for you if you don't do it yourself. Man, theirs wasn't accurate at all. I'm a witch who loves linen, dresses, and linen dresses. Two kids, one St Bernard, two kittens, and a closet full of clothes I can get dirty in. Livin' the dream.

caitlinutt I am so sorry for your experience with the scent of the detergent used! I have not experienced this issue previously, and use a very mild detergent (Grove Collective). I sincerely apologize for the experience, and will certainly consider purchasing a hypoallergenic or zero scent laundry detergent moving forward as it sounds that may be an allergen to you! Again, I am so sorry for this I really cannot explain it!!

jobethlynn @caitlinutt I assumed it was Tide or something but figured it would go away. Now I've got two linen dresses that each cost $150 and are like-new but smell like that now & can't wear them until I get the smell out. it's that bad. I may be out $300 worth of dresses AND a work uniform (my work requires unscented detergent, it's a factory with very strict rules on clothing.) I just can't believe it, I always have great luck when buying online and I am NOT a picky person, but this is baaaad.

jobethlynn @caitlinutt it's definitely not an allergen thing, but it's so strong it's overwhelming. My partner said it smells like an old lady died while wearing these pajamas and a relative sprayed her with perfume to try and mask the smell. And honestly, it smells worse after washing. Like water amplified the smell. 🤦🏻🤦🏻🤦🏻

caitlinutt @jobethlynn Darn, that doesn't make sense then. I though maybe perfume spilled on it or something. I truly prepare and ship in the same way and have never received this feedback (I also do not use perfumes personally so it would just be detergent), so I am not sure. I really hope the scent (whatever it is) airs out! So sorry to ruin your day with kitten pajamas (that's so sad!). Please consider this a fluke, Poshmark is overall really great!!
