nikkeezthings Hi Jocelyn, It's a medium but meant to fit snug. Has a little stretch and width and length in the listing. I can say I wear a medium and it fits me. however, it probably be tighter if larger in the chest. I'd say more a smaller medium. I hope that helps. it's so hard to answer. It's 15" across armpit to armpit...laying flat.
