Kenneth Cole has a more rustic condition to certain items in jewelry.. .abviiously she has no sense of fashion.wow. I'm flabbergasted.and will never do business with this low life.

Your description stated that the bracelet was "gold" and now your staying it's something else. Your picture looks as if the bracelet is "silver". However, the bracelet I rec'd today is in really bad shape. I have contact customer support and sent them 2 pictures of the bracelet you sent me.

dreama_anderson @jocelynhar0856 I'm sorry to hear you've had a bad experience. Report any issues you have to Posh...I have had good results from contacting them about items that do not match the listing. It is better to let them sort it out after you tell them your side and submit pictures. You can block users so they can't comment in your closet. You can also report harassment. Posh advises that you not interact with them once there is an issue.

dreama_anderson @jocelynhar0856 Touch the person's name, it takes you to their closet, go to the top of the page on the right side and touch the upload icon (looks like a sheet of paper with an arrow above it) touch it and a drop down menu will appear where you can report the user or block the user...I don't know if you can unblock, but it is better than having someone leaving mean comments in your profile or listings. I asked someone about the authenticity of their item and they blocked me!

dreama_anderson @jocelynhar0856 Some people really don't check their items over....or do some silly things in a rush...I had someone damage the vintage designer bag they shipped to me because they strained the stitching by...get this...doubling the bag over to cram it into a box to ship...when nice larger boxes are free @ the post office!

dreama_anderson @jocelynhar0856 Ask lots of questions and ask for pics...the people who ignore you or are rude are best to pass up...I mean everyone has a different budget and sellers should not get annoyed when buyers want details...especially on higher priced items

jocelynhar0856 @dreama_anderson that is so true. From the time of purchase she didn't respond. I asked her for 4 days when would it be mailed/shipped. I contacted customer support and that is when it was shipped. I even asked her if there was a problem with it; no response.
