Things happen in shipping that are completely out of my control out of 109 sales your the only person who has ever had a problem with my packing I have a 4.9 rating My packing in consistently above average in every love note written it's stated I find it non believable a heel went threw a large priority box . I'm sorry it happened but that absolutely wasn't my error.
