@merfnyc Before the new "closet" app was installed I used to be able to thank someone for a like from my closet.. Now when I try and send them a note it wants me to send them something else from my closet.. Any suggestions? I've watched the you tube video but nothing was mentioned. Thank you!

@jodiosego Morning. You can still send a comment. After a like when u click on item it takes u to dressing room. Click item pix again. You will see the names of the likes. Hit comment, type @closetname and any comment you would like.

@jodiosego hello from NYC!! When you set up your account there should have been credit card info added. If not, go to My Payment Options to add one. If you have $ from a sale that will be used first on a purchase & remaining balance on credit card

@marcia_suarez No problem! I will answer your questions the best I can! So a bundle is when you purchase more than 1 item. For instance, I have tops in my closet that are marked 3 tops for $18.00. You would tap on the bundle icon (in the bottom middle of the item pic) 3 tops you like, and I send you an offer for $18.00. Did that answer your questions? Jodi ☺️

I made three offers over the course of a week with no response, so I finally just bought it as listed however I’m wondering if this person even checks their Poshmark notifications …are you or someone from Poshmark able to email them directly to let them know that someone has made a purchase from the closet? @keiramei I usually email Poshmark support & ask questions - they are really good at getting back with me quickly. If the seller doesn't ship your item in a reasonable amount of time, the order will automatically cancel and you will get your money back. Sometimes I look to see the last time the seller was active....could you send me their closet name and I'll check? Sorry you are dealing with this issue! Jodi☺️

@keiramei I think you have a couple of options...if you don't mind that you paid full price, wait and see if she ships it. I think you also have the option to cancel, within a certain time frame. You can also message her and see if she responds...Hope that helps! ☺️☺️

If you want to pay full price, wait 3 days & see if she ships .. otherwise, cancel the sale & see if you can find the same item from another closet .. ☺️☺️
