captainswift27 @j7dance very nice! I take it your a trainer or coach? How long have you been into it? I do actually, last competition I did was the bacon beat down in Daytona, our team took 4th out of 50 teams roughly, was a fun time, I actually have a competition in 2 weeks in Ocala, do you complete?

j7dance @captainswift27 congrats! I did bacon a few years ago individual. Ya, I compete, but I've been slacking a little since I have to run a gym now. We competed in Central Florida over the weekend and didn't do so good. Took 3rd the last time we did that Comp. Need to get back to training lol

I've heard about the central Florida comp , stinks that you guys didn't do so well but hopefully you guys still had a good time. How often do you get the train since you run a gym now? I'm sure you can still hold your own, lol
