deedeedobie Hi Jodi, I am very sorry to hear about the clogs. Sanita is a really good brand and I have not had any problems in the past. I was not aware of the defect and wish you had reached out to me immediately regarding the problem. I will be happy to work with you issue a refund if you would like to contact Poshmark about the process for the return. Again, I am very sorry that you had a bad experience with the clog.

jbeauregard2853 @deedeedobie I’m just getting this message now... I threw the clogs away they were not repairable and made a horrific mess on the floor at work!!! Very embarrassing !!!so obviously I won’t be sending them back to you .. I did send you a pic with my message I hope you saw what the heel looked like!! I think I just won’t use Poshmark for awhile and if and when I do I will be very specific about what kind of condition I want them to be in !!! .....Jodi
