januarysummer @jodetails Hi. According to USPS, it’s undeliverable. I don’t decide whether to release your mail or not. I don’t know why USPS didn’t just leave the package. Since you were gone, did you sign up to have your mail held? The package already went out when you mentioned signature waiver.

januarysummer @jodetails The package may be stuck at your post office. I’ll report this to Poshmark and tell them the package may be lost. If I knew you were away, I wouldn’t have shipped it out so soon. I shipped it within 24 hours.

januarysummer @jodetails I just wrote to Poshmark. They will reimburse you if the package is lost. The employees at USPS aren’t reliable. Some have attempted to steal packages. I’ve had many problems with my USPS offices in my area.

jodetails @januarysummer yes I did a mail hold but that’s only for USPS (United States postal service) not UPS (United parcel service). If it was sent USPS it will be delivered with the rest of my mail but if it’s UPS I will figure out what to do when I get home. It would be strange if it was stolen from my step - I get packages almost daily and have never had anything like that happen. Also I have NO idea why it would ever be “undeliverable,” that’s just crazy.

januarysummer @jodetails Poshmark is always USPS. Where did you get the idea that it’s UPS? Poshmark labels are USPS.

jodetails @januarysummer I haven’t bought much through Poshmark so didn’t know if they used various carriers like some other sites. I’ll know by Tuesday if it’s in my held mail. Sometimes it takes them a day or two to deliver it to me (so yeah, they aren’t the most reliable).

jodetails @judithgraham76 funny you see it as a reprimand. I take great pride in being a 5-star seller and have never had anyone dispute my description, though I have been asked questions which I have happily answered. Complaining that you had to take steps to soften fabric on a nearly brand new Calvin Klein dress seems a bit ridiculous and exceedingly .... whiny. You got a virtually new designer dress for $6. Yes, I chose to sell it at that price, mistakenly believing the recipient would be pleased.
