lucylu7 Hi Jodie, thank you for purchasing the Anne Klein heels. When I was packing it I noticed the backing to the left shoe strap is coming loose against the strap, it doesn't change it fit, look or functionality of the shoe, but I wanted to let you know before I shipped.
