I have a new with tags and I have the tags in the picture however I’ve been moving things around me organizing and I don’t have the tags on the stress anymore. susanloose I am so very sorry that the stone was broken. I took extra care wrapping it in bubble wrap. i thought about putting it in the wicker, but thought it was better doing individually. I dont know how this works. the items were sold separately with Pampered Chef and you do have wicker basket to use. have you reported to Poshmark yet?

susanloose @ruffinit3 I based how I priced the two items on what I found on eBay. I just looked on eBay again and both the stone casserole and the wicker are pretty equally priced, From what I have found in the same condition. The wicker holder is being sold about $10 less. You paid $59 for both. I would be willing to refund $40 to you which is $10 more than half.

ruffinit3 @susanloose This is not your fault. I do believe that the Carrier was not careful or responsible with my package. I am going to get ahold of the Carrier that delivered my package and make a complaint. I haven't even open the plastic on it yet due to getting cut. I had a still in before it broke in half and almost cut my finger off. I used to be a pampered chef consultant so I know how pricey the stones are. So is not your fault so it's fine and I'm not upset with you at all.

susanloose @ruffinit3 I contacted Poshmark and ask them what to do in the situation of a partial breakage of a shipment, but I only got an automated response so far. please do keep me apprised of how you make out with the carrier. I don't even remember how many years I've had that stone and wicker carrier.

susanloose @ruffinit3 I had left it in the Box for years and then I came across it and decided to take it out of the box so that I would use it, and I never did. more years have gone by and I figured it was time to sell it! I wonder if it would have been better if I didn't put those hard wood pieces on the top and bottom to help protect it!

susanloose @ruffinit3 poshmark won't even post any comments that allude to paying/refunding any other way than through them. I'm at a loss! perhaps you could recoup some of your money by selling the wicker holder. I know you've said it's all good, which is very kind of you, but it makes me sick to my stomach that at least part of your money can't get refunded. Have a very blessed rest of your week!
