I am so sorry, but I dropped your shoes at the post office yesterday morning, and then had to drop another item later that day, but when i went back they told me something had fell on the pkg. When I opened them, they were very damaged and could not be sold in my opinion. I asked PM to refund your money and cxl the order. I apologize for any inconvenience...I have sold 100+ items and never had this happen before❤ Please accept my apology❤
