I sent you a message this morning but I am writing again because I feel so bad about the black jacket you ordered from me. When I was packing it up I saw a little white mark on it and tried to remove it and left a watermark that won't come out. I didn't want to send it to you like that so I cancelled the sale. I feel terrible but I didn't want you to be disappointed. I don't send things out with any damage or stains etc. I hope you understand. Thank you for looking at my closet.
