I am sorry you were unhappy with your purchase, i try to ensure all of my items are clean (sometimes leather goods just have a smell that cannot be helped) The bag was in perfect condition; i ensure that all of my items are clean and ship in a timely manner. This is a non smoking home and our pets are kept away from my items for sale. I feel that your rating was rather unfair but you cannot please everyone.
