Hi I am sorry that you are disappointed with your purchase, first time for me! I am a 5 Stars posher with excellent reputation! Broken? Not possible unless happened on the way from my house to yours! I would never sell broken items just to sell! Glasses was in a great condition with only tiny scratches as I mentioned on my listing! Again I am sorry that you are not pleased!
