clothingclique @kassiewatt Hello, Poshmark handles all of their own returns and their policy can be found here: https://poshmark.desk.com/customer/en/portal/articles/2735073-what-is-poshmark-s-return-policy- It looks like you have to open a case within 3 days of receiving the item in order to return it. There is no way for me to open a return or a case to review the item.

kassiewatt @clothingclique Yes, I answered that I had received it because the box had arrived and I wasn’t home, however the item you sold to me said the boots were 9.5 when they were actually 7.5. Poshmark refuses to address it so I figured I would reach out to you directly in good faith to see if we could resolve this. I now have a pair of boots I cannot wear because you had the size listed incorrectly. Super frustrated since I’m now stuck with something I can’t use - thanks!
