brr_68 if they was falling apart you would have sent them back or said something before now. You wore them and they posted my money for the shoes before you could complain about them.

haulinsass318 @brr_68 I just opened them yesterday as I was out of town and just actually got them. When I put my feet in them to try them on they littlest fell apart. I tried to submit it through the app but it wasn’t an option

haulinsass318 @brr_68 I have another pair that I have had for 6 years and they have been great. That’s why I wanted another pair. I don’t think it was intentional by any means, but the soles literally fell off when I put them on for the first time yesterday. I have only used this app a hand full of times, and haven’t had any issues. I don’t know all the one and outs of it, or I would have absolutely sent you a text if I knew how. Is there something we can do to fix it?
