hsuchi Hi Joeliz, I bought your Gucci tote half a month ago, but I still didn’t get the package! I know that you have already sent it and this matter is totally the mistake of USPS, so I went to the usps four times but get nothing. I went to there again and the officer told me that they are pretty sure the Gucci tote has already been send to you.

hsuchi I really want to make sure that did you get the package back? I have already filed claims on Poshmark and USPS, they will help us to solve the problem! So the most important thing is whether you receive the package or the USPS. I really appreciate for your time and reply!!

joeliz200214 @hsuchi I never get the Gucci bag back and that's honest to God. Poshmark told me that they will take care of this matter with you. I never get the bag back. I'm an honest seller and I don't lie my customers.

joeliz200214 @hsuchi I don't know what to say. According to the last update from USPS, the package has been delivered. Poshmark email me the other day about this matter because I emailed them 3x that there is a problem with your address. But like I said, when I checked the USPS update, it says package has been delivered.

joeliz200214 @hsuchi You really need to go to your PO again. If the update says the other day that package has been delivered then it's been delivered. Obviously, I did not receive the bag back.

joeliz200214 @hsuchi To be honest, I don't even know your complete name and address because when you purchased the Gucci bag the address they provided is the POSH CONCIERGE HQ in California. After they Authenticate my Gucci bag, they are the one that sent it to your address you've provided here at Poshmark.

hsuchi @joeliz200214 For real, I trust you! I totally believe it is the mistake of USPS. I guess they might lost it because it shows Out for Delivery for 4 days. And it needs my signature to show the Delivered information on the website. So i just want to make sure that this package is still in the USPS, which will be my evidence to argue with them.

pevelove Hi, I have a question for you....did the problem with miss Hsuchi get resolved?? I'm asking because Im a little nervous and worried because I delivered to her an expensive package and she hasn't replied to my messages nor accepted the the package as received... I dont know whats going on but I have one more day till they automatically release the payment!!!

joeliz200214 @pevelove Poshmark decided on my favor and released the money. She was mad and said she hasn't received my item. Yet the USPS confirmed that package has been delivered. You have to contact Poshmark if you experience a hard time with this buyer. That's what I did. And you have to screenshot the USPS tracking update once it says she receive the package. Contact Poshmark asap and they'll help you.

pevelove @joeliz200214 Thank God she got back to me nearly in 3 days and the funds were released to my credits. I was so nervous and worried after the messages I read between you and her.It's just so hard to trust people nowadays you know!!!!!

joeliz200214 @pevelove yes it hard to trust people you don't know. I was messaging her for 2 weeks. She must have gotten the bag or else Poshmark won't release the fund and I would have got it back. I'm glad you didn't experience what I've experienced from her.
