@smurfyj that has happened to me before too. I'm not sure anything can be done about that besides just moving on and trying to find another one. You can try reporting their page for being inactive but I don't think that will necessarily make them answer you. Just keep trying- some people take longer to respond then others, or try to find a similar one in someone else's closet!
