leila4545 Hi Joemmy I tried to contact you about what you said in the rating for the item you purchased from me. You stated that the item was damaged due to a scuff on a brand new with tags shoe. I record all of my transactions meaning at the post office I record the shoe fully of its current condition, pack it then ship it. A scuff is when plastic rubs together and it leaves a residue thats not damaging to the item it can be removed with a magic eraser. I will be more than happy to take the shoe back.
