joeycarela @whymisssarah the Jacket Said XL on it but it fits like a medium I have this problem usually that the item gives a size an it usually fits smaller than expected. I thought it would be a little bigger

whymisssarah @joeycarela ok, but I’m not a garment manufacturer, I’m reselling. How a particular brand sizes it’s clothing has nothing to do with me. If you’re not familiar with a brand, it’s probably best to ask for measurements before purchasing, especially if this is an issue that, as you say, you run into sometimes. Now I know I shipped your order within hours of purchase, and I believe it was clean and in good condition. I feel like the 1 star rating you gave me is pretty unfair.

whymisssarah @joeycarela in other words, I believe I delivered what was promised and what was my responsibility. I hope you’ll reconsider your rating because it affects my income.
