Heh there! I am glad you are happy with your purchase :) Would you please let me know why you only gave me four stars and noted that I could improve on item cleanliness, ship time and responsiveness? Your item was brand new and was shipped the day you purchased it. I responded to your offers quickly. I rarely get less than five stars so I am confused since your comment doesn’t match your improvement recommendations.

@shoptwofour honestly I was happy with the whole process. But the jacket smelled a bit and had a odor. I had to get it dry cleaned.
