betterbrandz @jthursday I’m so sorry you’re not happy with the curling iron. I had only used it a couple times, but actually liked that it wasn’t a super tight clamp, so as to not fry my ends. I’m new to Poshmark, is there a mechanism to issue you a refund? I’d like to make this right by you.
