In response to your comment regarding a stain on the Simms surf shorts...I am unaware of any stain. The shorts have been worn and I included as much information and photos as I could. Nothing was done on purpose.

I will see what I can do on the shipping...the only issue is that Poshmark provides a pre-paid label...I think it is 2-Days on the shipping using Poshmark's label...I assume they get really good rates. I was just packing these items and I can't find the green cap that has the logo on it. I have the same cap, however the logo is on the rear. I do have the same wool cap in brown with the logo on it, which is my personal favorite and I think looks really good.

I wanted to offer sending you both the green and the brown caps so you'd get one for free to make up for this...let me know when you can if this is good. If not we will need to cancel the order to remove the green cap. You'd need to resubmit the order without the green cap. This is the only way I know to take off the green cap. Thanks and sorry for the oversight...I thought I had it, but somehow it has walked off.

I show you ordered the Coldfront Insulated Pullover. Is that not what was sent to you? What was it that you go if it wasn't the pullover? You should have received a tan quarter-zip pullover that is insulated and it has a hood along with the other items. Please let me know if that is not what you got.

This has really got me confused. You should have received 6 total items as follows: 2 caps (brown and green); 1 tan, XL, pullover (insulated and with hood); 1 alpine-green shirt; 2 pair of shorts; and a tan, long-sleeve t-shirt. If you did not receive what I have listed please let me know as soon as possible so I can investigate what has happened and make it right for you. Thanks.

Well I be damn...crap...I can't believe I did that. These are stored in a dark closet and I was trying to get the package to the post office so it would get to you in time for your trip...I was in a big hurry and I grabbed the jacket instead of the pullover. I am once again sorry...its been a busy week. Whatever you would like me to do I'll do.

@jproth12 I got it boxed up and ready to ship out in the morning. I was out of town from Friday night through yesterday. I’ll include and return label in the box. All you’d need to do is tape it back up and let USPS pick up. Sorry for the hassle I can’t believe I didn’t notice that it was the jacket over the pullover. Thanks.

Just keep the jacket or sell it on Poshmark. It turns out it is going to cost $24 for me to have it shipped back and its not worth it. Hopefully this makes up for some of the issues you've experienced recently. You should be able to get at least $75 for the jacket if you sell it...those have been popular. Thanks for the business and the good ratings!
