Hi Joey, were the shoes you received damaged? I notice you didn’t give me five stars because you said packaging could be improved. I took care to wrap each shoe separately in wrapping paper to ensure safe delivery. These shoes were not new and I did not say on my posting at all that original shoe box would be included. I am sorry your expectations were not met and if your shoes were damaged let me know and I will make it right. I hope they are fine and that you will enjoy your purchase.
