@ammoore1977 Sorry for the delay.. I am having the same issue where I put the quantity in as two but the sale is only registering 1 item. I am also looking into shipping costs because they are very heavy- 10lbs each! Which apparently cuts into profit. This is my first Poshmark sale and I wasn’t aware of some of these things. By any chance are you local in MA?

@jderis it should have provided you two shipping labels paid by poshmark. I do not know the size of pillows but you can use a flat fee shipping box it doesn't matter the weight.

@ammoore1977 yes, heard back from support. The max weight they support is 10lbs and each pillow is 10.2 lbs which would cost me over $15 to ship each and making the sale much less profitable. I’ve also listed them on Facebook market place which is why I ask if you are local to MA as I’d rather not have to ship them
