nytasteful Hi Have you received the hermes tube box yet? I'm concerned because the tracking reports "Delivery Attempted - No Access to Delivery Location." They also say "We will redeliver on the next business day." That was on October 5. After that there's no report of the item being delivered.

nytasteful @hannawilliams13 can you tell me if you received the item yet? The tracking says they tried to delivery unsuccessfully on Oct 5 but would deliver the next day. I'm still awaiting payment on this.

nytasteful @hannawilliams13 Hi - if you check the tracking, you'll see that on Oct 5 they attempted to deliever to you and were unable to. "Delivery Attempted - No Access To Delivery Location, October 5, 2021, 1:15 pm, PHILADELPHIA, PA, 19103" Im not sure if it was a work or a resince address you use but they couldnt access. They said on tracking the would try to delivder the next day.

nytasteful @hannawilliams13 Most likely the item is sitting at your local post office waiting for you to pick it up since they couldn't deliver to the address. Please check your local post office for the package . It has not come back to me and I think they keep them at the PO til addressee picks up. Please see tracking info on the order.
