dawnely Hi Johanna. I've been trying to accept the shipment of the silver Kate Spade purse now for several days but support won't respond to my emails indicating receipt nor allow me to click "accept" through the app. My neighbor grabbed the package without my knowledge thinking she was helping me & didn't tell me for a couple days (more annoying than helpful 😬). But I have it now & trying to accept & close out the support case. So sorry 😞
