feathercloth Hi, Johanna: I am SO sorry for the annoying sweater/boot mix-up!! I needed to add extra weight costs for the boots and ended up doing so for your sweater instead 🤦‍♀️. I am currently tracking down your sweater which is still "pending shipment scan." I will keep you posted! I believe you should receive a free return label for the boots. I'm really sorry for the huge inconvenience.
