johannamn77 @funfashionflip Yes, I’m super disappointed bc they are otherwise super cute. It’s a pretty big hole and right on my knee, dime-nickel size. I can’t open a case through Poshmark because I have already accepted the purchase. Do you have any other solutions to this? I would appreciate your help. Thanks

funfashionflip @johannamn77 I am sorry Poshmark doesn’t allow transactions outside the platform. You might try emailing them to see if there are any other options at this point.

funfashionflip @johannamn77 In my experience, sometimes they will offer the buyer a partial refund to keep the item but, honestly, once the 3 day acceptance windows has closed, technically they don’t have to do anything.

johannamn77 @funfashionflip I don’t feel like I should have to do anything. I paid for an item and it is not as described. I’m sure as the seller there’s something you could do from your end to resolve this situation if you want to.

funfashionflip @johannamn77 There is not. Poshmark clearly states that the buyer has 3 days to inspect their purchase after it has been delivered and to open a case to return. Once that window has closed that option is no longer available.

funfashionflip @johannamn77 At this point your only option is to email Poshmark support to see what they can do for you. I hope you are still able to open a case to return them. As you have already given me a 1 star review I am going to consider this matter closed on my end unless Poshmark allows you to open a case. I hope you are able to get some assistance from them.
