kasen18 @zebedee While that's something to take into consideration going forward, the heels were extremely well packaged in the shoe box they were sent in, and you received them 3 days after you ordered them. . I appreciate knowing that the quality of the actual product you purchase wasn't in question. Thank you once again for the feedback.

naomimaurer Hi John, I’m Naomi, the posher you purchased the size 11 pumps from last Friday. Well, I have a complication...my house is undergoing a huge Renovation at the moment and my inventory is in disarray. I am missing a bin that contains 7 pairs of shoes and the ones you bought is in the group. Do you require these by a certain date? It looks like it will be Friday or Saturday before I can get to the area with this bin. If the delay doesn’t work for you, I can offer you a refund, if you prefer.
