omarma7812 Hello John it’s been 17 days now since I’ve ordered the Patagonia jacket from you. The only response I have gotten from you was a several days ago telling me you would send it out the next day. It has now been a few days since then and I am extremely disappointed. The majority of these comments and reviews appear to be positive so i have to ask why was my purchase handled so poorly? You have failed to communicate on multiple occasions, I and I am very disappointed.
