I am appalled by your description of my item. I described it to a tee. Cleanliness is my number one policy. There was nothing wrong with this item. You ordered this item on Christmas Eve and the post office was not opened until the day after Christmas. That is when I shipped it. My packaging was placed in two different envelopes for secure protection. I do not appreciate you putting me out there the way you did. I take very much pride in my business.
