_only_the_best_ Hey, John - I figured I'd msg you privately so to not potentially hurt you with the sale of your Todd Snyder Montauk Polo with this question. So I see you are reposhing this shirt that you recently purchased because it was too small. Do you think these shirts are on the smaller side right from the store, or do you think the person you purchased it from did not launder it correctly which led to the shirt significantly shrinking? Because those measurements of a size Large just do not seem right.

johntdouglas @_only_the_best_ yes. I believe that is correct. I complained to Poshmark and requested a return or refund. They denied that request and told me my only recourse is to try and sell it myself and in turn make it someone else’s problem. It’s a shame that Poshmark doesn’t stand behind its buyers.

johntdouglas @_only_the_best_ FYI - I provided Poshmark the direct measurements from Todd Snyder for this specific shirt along with pictures and measurements of this shirt. They did not care and stated sizes vary. I explained that sizes do not vary from XS to Large from the manufacturer. It’s a shame that Poshmark would rather keep this shirt in rotation than resolve the issue.

_only_the_best_ @johntdouglas Ah man, I'm sorry to hear that. For what it's worth, about a year ago, I dealt with a similar issue. Not as extreme as yours, but I purchased a used pair of TS slim fit chinos (the same ones that I already own, just a different color). Turns out, the seller must have ran the pants through the highest heat setting imaginable. The legs of the pants from the thigh down were akin to wearing spandex. I, too, had to reposh. I should have double-checked with the seller before committing
