kerrin69 John, the watch I purchased, I needed a 38 mm. It is 43 mm.... too big for me.i was very excited that I thought I found a smaller watch. But it isn’t.please-advise. Thx.

thecrew3031 @kerrin69 I’m really sorry the watch didn’t fit you as expected. I measured the front of the case at 38mm. Where are you measuring the watch? You might be including the dial which is not how Michele or other manufacturers advertise the case.

kerrin69 @thecrew3031 well, it is basically the same size as my other one, which is 45mm. When I look it up online- it states 43mm in specs- then 38mm in description. It is the big size. I can’t add a picture.to show u though-

kerrin69 @thecrew3031 measured bottom left to top right- not including bezel. Measured by the jeweler @ Saltzmans Watch Store. 43mm, not as advertised as smaller.
