coachvalle @jrmaan it is actually too small funny story is I have the same exact jacket purchased at Nordstrom size large and it was just getting worn out zipper broke etc. so when I saw this one I thought what luck so I didn’t hesitate buying it being that it was listed as a large (with no tag). I took a chance anyway I would assume this is a mens small maybe medium.

jrmaan @coachvalle I had it listed as a Ladies L cuz that’s what I wear, it seemed to have a more fitted fit for me but I loved it.

coachvalle @jrmaan it’s a great jacket if I could send pics I’d show you my old one. So comfortable and the perfect weight for the weather out here in Colorado. I’m not seeing anything in your closet that would work but I’ll keep looking otherwise it’s my fault for hoping the size would work without the tag. Definitely not you fault.

coachvalle @jrmaan this is the first time I’ve purchased not knowing how returns work. I figured since I paid for it and it didn’t work out a return would be possible thats what your note included in the package said you would take it back?

jrmaan @coachvalle normally because you accepted it a return isn’t possible. I meant return through Posh. That way it cost neither of us anything. You could still request a return through poshmark saying you’re new and didn’t realize I listed jacket as women’s (since you own same jacket) and maybe they’d one time allow a return. I’m ok with that. Tell them to reach out to me if they need confirmation on my ok.

jrmaan @coachvalle if returned through Poshmark you’d get all your money back and it would ship to me for free. I only made $24 for the jacket. So I want you to get all your money back.

jrmaan @coachvalle now it’s your turn. They told me to have you write in. I’ve had this happen before. I replied to ask her to take care of it after sending photos of our texts. But if I were you I’d write in and explain situation (you being a first time buyer, your excitement seeing jacket in large, not realizing I listed as womans). Also mention I agreed to return in email with customer service agent Sokthy.

jrmaan @coachvalle her second reply was just as worthless. I asked to have a supervisor reach out to me. I’m not holding my breath. Customer Service doesn’t mean what it used to mean. You should write in and see if they’ll do anything. Let me know.

jrmaan @coachvalle did Poshmark email you? That’s what I was told. What did they say? What are they doing for you? No supervisor ever contacted me. Hope you don’t mind me asking because as a seller I’m very concerned about buyer satisfaction
