johnlangfield That is if I can find it. Are you saying you are rejecting this purchase if I can not find the card? It has no affect on the wallet, you have it in your possession, you can tell it is authentic and brand new?

catherine9872 @johnlangfield I noticed that it is brand new, but quite honestly I am not a professional authenticity checker, I won't know. I want the contrallato card since it is part of my purchase. If mailling the card to me is not a not cost-effective for you, then no big deal to me.

johnlangfield @catherine9872 okay, but the contralto card does not do anything to guarantee the authenticity, it frankly is pointless. The serial code imprinted on the inside of the wallet is what guarantees the authenticity. Look on the inside of the wallet, you will find this authenticity code and this will give you peace of mind.

johnlangfield In the mean time I will try and locate the contralito card. But keep this in mind: I could send you any contralito card for any Gucci item, it won’t verify the authenticity of this specific wallet. The serial code imprinted on this wallet is specific to the wallet and not something I could make up or fake, that’s what guarantees the authenticity. Google “authentic Gucci items” and this is what you will find.
