poshmarkdoug1 Hello John, Not clear on my items returned. i did pay for them, wanted to return only the one that arrived broken. However, I understood that Poshmark request that the total order be returned. So can i expect a refund for the two bracelets returned.? i have not seen any communication that indicates that is in the process or has been done? This is my first return on Poshmark, so i am not familiar with the procedure. Thank you Douglas

johndonadio @nikushae she basically mixed up the labels and sent the 10s to someone else she sold on a different site and their order to you. What isn’t good is that I have no more 10s or 11s in that model. Since Poshmark doesn’t even offer any kind of partial refund I can’t even offer that to you. All I can do is ask that we set up a return and I can offer you 30% off on any other shoe of choice.
