flamingoes_rose Hi! I just saw your comment regarding the size of the shoes. I am so sorry... you saw on the picture that it is written 12,5 on the shoes... I had no idea that it was wrong... Si I just contact Poshmark customer service to know how I can refund you for that purchase. You won’t have to send them back, I don’t want you to have any more trouble with that..

flamingoes_rose I always make sure I describe items correctly and the wrong size was not intentionally. They just wrote back to me... they ask you to contact them... they say I can’t issue a refund... :(

johnnyottawa @flamingoes_rose thanks for following up - My wife thinks the error may have been that the size number is faded and likely shows a EU size of 42.5. I did try to pursue the "not as ordered" button at first, but it did nothing so I am not sure how to contact them after that.
