For me, getting started, whether I’ve decided that “started” is to post 5 things or “started” is to just decide what will be in my closet is the hardest step- as with anything new. lyrabelaqua So, I’m “following” you. Does one “share” an item or a whole closet? I’ve been thinking about why I’ve been so averse to sharing people’s items/closets -> it’s HIPAA. It feels like a HIPAA/privacy violation! Isn’t that funny? Once something is so engrained that it’s a reflex, (eg not telling anyone anything about anything I did in a work day) it’s hard to overcome when the same core value reflex is triggered in an entirely different context. Sharing is good on Poshmark, right?

johnb157 @lyrabelaqua sharing by someone else puts listings in the feed. Sharing your own closet helps get your listings to the top of the listings when someone uses the search function. They have their pros and cons to both, but they are pretty helpful.

johnb157 Thank you! I hope you are having a good day as well! With anything it’s kinda a learning game. Just start somewhere. Even if they are bad photos, just start. You will figure out with time that photos are an important part of selling a lot of stuff, but experiment with what works for you.
