Good afternoon. I just saw your rating and comment concerning the Steve Madden shoes. If you are unsatisfied with a product due to item description, you are allowed to open a case against the seller to get a refund. This needs to happen within three days of receiving the product and before you accept it. Out of curiosity, what was the listing misrepresenting?
