lambsandlions I’m so sorry if you were unhappy with your purchase. I try to be as descriptive with all my products through pictures and words. Stating the item had pilling and was in fair used condition, as opposed to good. Either way your satisfaction is always my goal. So of course you can always return for a full refund, or you can keep the sweater and I will send you any other item, at the same price, from any of my closets, for free.
