jm_qualitystuff @jwj7429 Hello! I'm very sorry for the mix up. The shoes I sent you were new in the box, they had never even been tried on. I purchased 2 pairs of this shoe, the other pair I have worn a couple times. If in fact the insoles were missing, I can send you the insoles from the ones I still have. Please let me know if that's OK with you?

jwj7429 I understand it can happen. Yes please send the insoles, that would be great. They are definately missing. I didnt notice at first because the padding under where the insoles go is very smooth. Thank you, Jeff
