reneeaissance @goldiecruz When you sell an item the app administrators will automatically collect payment from the buyer and hold they funds. When you send the item the buyer has up to three days to review the item and report any issues such as undisclosed damage or a counterfeit item. Once the buyer accepts the item money is deposited in your posh account. That green circle with dollar sign you see accesses that

reneeaissance @goldiecruz If the buyer does not approve the item but fails to report any issues within 3 days the app will automatically release your funds. If there is some type of discrepancy the buyer will state their case and you will get to respond. The administrators will decide.
