Hello your Citizen Watch is on the way. It won’t power up when it arrives, it’s not broken it needs the sun it’s a solar powered watch that has to be in the dark for shipping please wear it a whole day in the sun or leave it in a window seal and it will recharge up just fine. Thanks for your purchase

@jobarietownsend it does stay charged I own a few eco drives and they can be in the dark for a while in sleep mode have you ever had any problems with it staying charged?

@jb44 I’ve never had any problems with it at all! Just needs a good solar charge I just didn’t want it to alarm you if it needs a charge when you receive the watch. It’s working perfectly
